SKINCARE DIET (BEAUTY DIET)

                               Hello beautiful 😊

Have you ever wondered how the food you eat contribute to your skin beauty?

“Your skin adapts to your health diet more than it does to your skincare products”

I always believe that our skin is a mirror of what’s going on inside us hence, it is vital to stock up a beauty kitchen, containing health food for your beautiful skin.
For example, a pimple on your face is a wake-up call to reduce the level of sugar intake you consume.

Does diet influence my skin type?

Yes, diet influences your skin type, it is believed that a diet rich in antioxidants, whole grains, lean proteins, omega three and omega 6 essential fatty acids have a positive influence on your skin type.

Not only does consuming an anti-inflammatory diet helps you to lose weight, but it gives your skin a glowing, radiant, clear, youthful, health appearance.
Adopting a very strict anti-inflammatory diet might magically transform your skin within a week!
